CERT purposefully seeks out and trains select individuals who believe in our mission statement so we can consistently ensure our clients the very best service in the industry.
Agents are ranked into three levels according to their experience and training, tasks are assigned accordingly. Every Agent receives continuous training in and out of the field and must meet pre-requisites to advance to higher level assignments.
Level 3 Agent - Agents hold a current DPSST, complete all CERT requirements, and shadow higher level agents prior to being in field. These agent provide full-scope security services for the client, employees, and customers. Duties may include evening escort to vehicles, directing customers and answering questions, gated communities, foot/mobile perimeter patrols, all per clients request.
Level 2 Agent - Typically has 5 years of security experience, holds a current DPSST & meet all pre-requisites of CERT Security. Scope of work consists of private businesses, special events, crowd control, ECP (Entry Control Points), etc. These agents are trained in the proper use of restraints and non-lethal force. They observe, report, and respond to situations accordingly. These agents are trained with an emphasis on de-escalation.
Level 1 Agent - Agents have acquired the knowledge, training, and experience having spent over 20 years in the field. This level consists of former law enforcement officers and
military / combat veterans who have over 100 years of cumulative experience and meet all current federal, state, and CERT Security requirements and are the sole trainers of other levels. This team is utilized for high-level security, specialized events, high-profile escorts, extractions and removals. **Contracted as a support team for special assignments.
